19 pills a day..? Oh dear, I’ll be bankrupt. Which pills do you recommend – do you buy yours in Finland or online?

I mainly by mine from Finland, we tend to switch between Cardiomega, EPA +DHA, Möller’s Omega 3 and whatnot. I recommend not to buy the cheapest and to rotate the manufacturers a bit. I’ve heard that Carlson’s also excellent but haven’t ordered that yet.

And if you can tolerate the actual oil, it’s easier to get an adequate dose. I do the Möller’s blueberry thingie sometimes but am not totally okay with drinking oil… And yes, it’s expensive but it’s a choice between health and unhealth, fish oil and medical bill, to put it in a rough way 😉
